Frequently asked questions
What counts as an analysis?
Each time you run an AI risk assessment on a company's filed accounts. Viewing cached results from the last 30 days doesn't use your allowance.
Where does the financial data come from?
All data is sourced directly from Companies House, the UK's official company register. We read the actual filed PDF accounts — the same documents your accountant would review.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings → Billing page at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is the AI analysis accurate?
FilingTrace uses Claude AI to read and interpret filed accounts. It provides a structured risk assessment based on publicly available financial data. Always conduct independent due diligence — this is not financial advice.
What is bulk import?
Paste a list of company numbers and we'll run AI analysis on all of them. You get a risk-ranked table ready to export as CSV. Available on Pro and Enterprise.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing or by clicking 'Switch to this plan' above. Stripe handles proration automatically.
